Other Mobile Email Apps

Most mobile email apps have similar options to view message headers:

  • Look for "Show original", "View source", or "Message details"
  • Check under the three-dots menu (⋮) or settings icon
  • Some apps may require viewing the email in a browser first
  • Headers might be under "More info" or "Properties"

What to Include

Copy ALL the headers - not just the first few lines!

Email headers typically start with lines like:

  • Received: from mail.example.com...
  • From: sender@example.com
  • To: recipient@example.com
  • Subject: Email subject
  • Date: Wed, 1 Jan 2026...

The more complete the headers, the more accurate the analysis. HeaderScope needs the full routing information to trace the email's journey and verify authentication.
